Zucchini Rice Pot with Cevapcici

Ingredients
 

  • 200 g Long grain rice
  • Salt pepper
  • 400 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • 0,5 tsp Sweet paprika
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 3 medium Zucchini
  • 1 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Onion
  • 100 g Sheep milk cheese

Instructions
 

  • Put rice in a good 300 ml boiling salted water. Cover and leave to soak over low heat for about 20 minutes.
  • Knead the minced meat, tomato paste, salt, pepper and paprika. Form 12-16 rolls (cevapcici) out of this. Fry in 1 tablespoon of hot oil in a pan for about 5 minutes. Keep warm.
  • Clean, wash and slice the zucchini. Peel and dice the garlic and onion.
  • Heat the remaining oil in the brown fat. Fry the zucchin, onion and garlic for 6-8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper. Crumble the sheep's cheese and fold into the zucchinis with rice, season to taste. Serve with cevapcici.
