Zucchini Roll Quiche
The perfect zucchini roll quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
dough
- 80 g Quark
- 3 tablespoon Water
- 3 tablespoon Oil
- Salt
- 160 g Flour
- 2 teaspoon Baking powder
Covering
- 350 g Mixed minced meat
- 2 small Red pointed peppers
- Cayenne pepper
- Salt
- 1 Zucchini about 300 grams

- 250 g Cream cheese
- 3 Eggs
- Salt
- Pepper
- Grated cheese
dough
- Mix the quark with the water, oil and salt.
- Mix the flour with the baking powder and add and knead well.
- Shape the dough into a ball and cover and leave to rest at room temperature.
- Roll out the dough into a 26 cm quiche pan.
Covering
- Peel the onion and remove the core from the bell pepper and cut into small cubes, add to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
- Wash the zucchini, pat dry and cut lengthways into strips.
- Now form bran balls out of the minced meat mixture, wrap each one with a zucchini slice and place them upright next to each other on the dough.

- Mix the cream cheese with the eggs, salt and pepper well and pour over the zucchini rolls. And if you want, you can also sprinkle some cheese on top.
- Now off with it in the 175 c. warm oven for about 60 minutes.
