Zucchini Roll Quiche

The perfect zucchini roll quiche recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

dough

  • 80 g Quark
  • 3 tablespoon Water
  • 3 tablespoon Oil
  • Salt
  • 160 g Flour
  • 2 teaspoon Baking powder

Covering

  • 350 g Mixed minced meat
  • 2 small Red pointed peppers
  • Cayenne pepper
  • Salt
  • 1 Zucchini about 300 grams

molding

  • 250 g Cream cheese
  • 3 Eggs
  • Salt
  • Pepper
  • Grated cheese

dough

  1. Mix the quark with the water, oil and salt.
  2. Mix the flour with the baking powder and add and knead well.
  3. Shape the dough into a ball and cover and leave to rest at room temperature.
  4. Roll out the dough into a 26 cm quiche pan.

Covering

  1. Peel the onion and remove the core from the bell pepper and cut into small cubes, add to the minced meat, season with salt and pepper.
  2. Wash the zucchini, pat dry and cut lengthways into strips.
  3. Now form bran balls out of the minced meat mixture, wrap each one with a zucchini slice and place them upright next to each other on the dough.

molding

  1. Mix the cream cheese with the eggs, salt and pepper well and pour over the zucchini rolls. And if you want, you can also sprinkle some cheese on top.
  2. Now off with it in the 175 c. warm oven for about 60 minutes.
  3. Take the quiche out of the oven, let it rest a little and then serve on a plate — Enjoy your meal; 🙂
