Zucchini – spicy minced meat stew

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 bell pepper(s), yellow, diced
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 3 garlic cloves
  • 1 pinch(s) of herbs, Italian
  • 1 tbsp chili, crushed
  • 1 package of tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 package of ham cubes
  • 3 tbsp olive oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

Slowly heat the oil in a pan, then add the chili and herbs (sizzling gently). Then, let the onions and garlic become slightly translucent, then add the minced meat and diced ham and fry. Deglaze the minced meat mixture with the passata, then add the diced zucchini, followed by the bell peppers, and simmer over low heat.
