Pasta sauce

Finely chop the garlic and onion and fry them in olive oil in a hot pan. Slice the zucchini and add it to the sautéed garlic and onions. Now add the diced, peeled tomatoes. Let it all simmer, season to taste, and stir in the tomato paste! The zucchini sauce tastes best when it’s been left to stand for a while! It goes well with almost all types of pasta and can be enhanced with Italian hard cheese!
