Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 zucchinis
  • 2 eggs
  • 250 g breadcrumbs
  • 1 tsp ground red pepper
  • 1 tsp salt
  • ½ tsp pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

simple and vegetarian

Halve the zucchini and cut into strips. Mix the breadcrumbs with the spices. Coat the sticks in egg and breadcrumbs and place them on a prepared baking sheet. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C (350°F) for approximately 15-20 minutes. Serve with your choice of dips.
