Zuchini Peppers Vegetables
The perfect zuchini peppers vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 1 small yellow and 1 green zucchni each
- 1 Red papika
- 1 Clove of garlic, if you like
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Olive oil
- 100 ml Vegetable broth
- 2 tbsp Italian herbs, frozen
- 2 tsp Butter
- Alz, pepper
- Wash and clean the zucchini and cut into thin slices. Clean and wash the pepper and cut into large pieces. Peel the onion and cut into fine rings, peel the garlic clove and dice finely.
- Heat the olive oil in a non-stick pan, sauté the onion and garlic until translucent. Add the prepared vegetables and sauté for 3-5 minutes while stirring. Pour in the vegetable stock and simmer the Italian herb mixture for about 5 minutes with the lid closed.
- Season the vegetable pan with salt and pepper, stir in the butter and serve. Tastes good with pan-fried or grilled food.
