Zuchini Vegetables

The perfect zuchini vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 1 piece Zuchini big
  • 2 piece Fresh onion
  • 5 piece Fresh tomatoes
  • 2 piece Paprika
  • Tomato paste, salt, pepper from the mill
  • Parsley, thyme branch
  • Vegetable soup cubes, olive oil
  • Red or white wine to taste
  1. Peel and finely grate the zucchini, chop the onion and fry in a little olive oil, add the grated zucchini and let it cook.
  2. Chop the tomatoes and pakrika and add to the sauce. Season with vegetable soup cubes, salt and pepper. Add the finely chopped parsley and the thyme sprig.
  3. Pour some red or white wine on top, you can also use water. But please not too much so that the sauce does not become too runny. Let it boil down nicely and stir frequently. Remove the sprig of thyme. When the vegetables are nice and soft they are ready. The whole thing can happen, but I don’t like it that much.
