- 2 garlic cloves
- 1 tbsp, leveled rapeseed oil
- 1 tsp, leveled salt
- 500 g whole wheat penne
- salt and pepper
- 1 cup of sour cream, approx. 200 g each
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Melt the clarified butter in a pan. Once it’s dissolved, fry the ground beef in it and boil water for the pasta. Dice the onions, zucchini, and garlic. Add the oil and salt to the boiling water and add the whole-wheat penne. Then set the timer as indicated on the package. Transfer the prepared ground beef to a separate container. Add the chopped onions to the pan and fry until translucent. Once the onions are translucent, add the zucchini and garlic and stir. Fry until the zucchini is lightly browned. Next, heat the zucchini, onions, and garlic with the ground beef over medium heat for about 5 minutes, adding salt and pepper to taste, and of course, don’t forget to stir. Drain the pasta. Uncover the food, garnish with some sour cream, and enjoy.
