Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 160 g powdered sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 dashes lemon juice
- 1 tsp vanilla sugar
- 190 g flour
- Fat for the mold
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes
Preheat the oven to 180°C (top/bottom heat). Beat the eggs with powdered sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy, then stir in the lemon juice and flour. Pour into a well-greased loaf pan or venison saddle pan and bake for about 25 minutes. Turn out of the pan and let cool for 5 minutes. Then cut into 1 cm thick slices. Place on a baking sheet and bake for another 5 minutes. Let cool and store in a tightly sealed container.
