Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 250 g butter, soft
- 1 pack of frozen herbs (8 herbs)
- 3 garlic cloves
- lemon juice
- Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
Place the butter and herbs in a food processor. Crush the garlic cloves and add them. Add a few squeezes of lemon juice and a generous amount of salt. Blend everything in the processor, then pour into a bowl. You can also pour the butter into chocolate molds and place them in the freezer for a short time.
