Nicoises cheese rolls

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g cream cheese
  • 1 pkt. Cream cheese with herbs
  • 2 onions, very finely chopped
  • 50 g raw ham, very finely diced
  • 80 g cheese (medium-aged Gouda)
  • 2 eggs, hard-boiled, very finely chopped
  • 1 bunch chives, very finely chopped
  • 6 slices of cheese (Gouda)
  • salt and pepper
  • curry powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Mix all ingredients well and season with salt, pepper, and curry powder. Then spread the mixture thickly on the cheese slices, roll them up, and refrigerate. You can also make a batch and freeze.
