Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 package of ladyfingers
- 500 g mascarpone
- 100 g sugar
- 4 egg yolks
- Liqueur (coffee liqueur)
- Cocoa powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 10 minutes
Arrange the ladyfingers in a baking dish. Drizzle the Kahlua over the ladyfingers until they are nicely coated. Mix the mascarpone with the sugar and egg yolk and spread the cream over the ladyfingers. Sprinkle a thin layer of cocoa powder over the cream. Let stand in the refrigerator for at least 1-2 hours, preferably overnight. Sprinkle another layer of cocoa powder over the cream before serving for a fresher, more appealing dessert.
