Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g low-fat yogurt
  • ½ apple
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 10 grapes
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Diet – Fruit Salad

Chop the fruit into small pieces. Season the yogurt with sugar. In a large glass, alternate layers of fruit and yogurt until all the fruit is used up. Enjoy!
