delicious cake for a slim figure

Preheat the oven to 200°C. Combine all ingredients in a bowl and form a batter (thick, roughly the consistency of sponge cake). Line a small dish (e.g., a single-serving baking dish) with baking paper and pour in the batter. Bake in the hot oven for about 25 minutes. Do the skewer test! Best enjoyed lukewarm (e.g., with a little vanilla sauce). Nutritional value (total): 451 kcal (1890 kJ) Fat (total): 7.95 g This recipe is suitable for many diets, e.g., WW: one cake (8.3 points) = 4 slices; 2 points per slice. LF30: 15.9%. I came up with this recipe when I had a terrible craving for something sweet while on my diet. You don’t have to feel bad after eating a slice of this cake. Even my boyfriend, who doesn’t like diet food, liked it.
