Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 bunch of spring onions
- 1 red bell pepper(s)
- 250 g minced meat
- 500 ml broth
- 125 g pasta (fork spaghetti)
- salt and pepper
- curry
- possibly sauce thickener or sauce powder or flour

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Pasta with a twist
Brown the ground meat and season with salt and pepper. Meanwhile, slice the spring onions into fairly thin rings and dice the bell peppers. Add to the ground meat and sauté briefly. Pour in the broth and stir in the spaghetti. Cook the pasta while stirring. Then, if necessary, thicken the pan with a sauce thickener or sauce powder (or flour). Season to taste with a little curry powder, if desired.
