15-minute Super Cheesecake

The perfect 15-minute super cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 2 packet Shortbread
  • 90 g Liquid butter
  • 450 g Cream cheese
  • 400 g Condensed milk
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 60 ml Lemon juice
  • 0,2 Cup Berries red
  1. Finely puree the butter biscuits in a blender. Add liquid butter and knead into an even dough.
  2. Place the butter biscuit batter in a baking pan and press firmly to form a smooth base.
  3. Whisk the cream cheese and condensed milk, add the vanilla extract and lemon juice and stir well.
  4. Spread the cream cheese mixture on the biscuit batter. Chill the cake for about 15 minutes. Finally decorate with berries.
