15-minute Super Cheesecake
The perfect 15-minute super cheesecake recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 2 packet Shortbread
- 90 g Liquid butter
- 450 g Cream cheese
- 400 g Condensed milk
- 1 tsp Vanilla extract
- 60 ml Lemon juice
- 0,2 Cup Berries red
- Finely puree the butter biscuits in a blender. Add liquid butter and knead into an even dough.
- Place the butter biscuit batter in a baking pan and press firmly to form a smooth base.
- Whisk the cream cheese and condensed milk, add the vanilla extract and lemon juice and stir well.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture on the biscuit batter. Chill the cake for about 15 minutes. Finally decorate with berries.
