Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 2 bananas, ripe
  • 4 eggs

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Place the bananas and eggs in a bowl and blend thoroughly with a hand blender. Heat oil in a pan and fry the pancakes until browned to your liking. Spread with jam or Nutella, if desired, or serve with fruit. They’re also delicious on their own and are perfect for those who don’t like their food too “sweet”!
