24 Muffins
The perfect 24 muffins recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 250 g Soft butter
- 150 g Cane sugar
- 1 packet Bourbon vanilla sugar
- 4 Eggs
- 150 g Spelled flour
- 150 g Wholemeal spelled flour
- 1 packet Baking powder
- 1 pinch Sea-Salt
- 6 tbsp Orange juice
- 100 g Chocolate sprinkles
- Beat the butter, sugar and vanilla sugar until frothy.
- Add eggs and salt and continue beating.
- Mix the flour with baking powder and stir in a tablespoon at a time.
- Add orange juice and stir on high for 3 minutes.
- Fold in the chocolate sprinkles and divide the batter into 24 muffin cases. Bake at 180 ° C for about 25 minutes.
