Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 cup fructose
  • 1 cup margarine
  • 1 cup flour
  • 5 eggs
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 3 packs of pudding powder (vanilla flavor)
  • 1 pack of gingerbread spice
  • 1 banana(s)
  • 2 apples, coarsely grated
  • 4 cl Amaretto
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • Fat for the mold
  • 1 handful of breadcrumbs for the mold

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Cakes for the cold season

Mash the banana, mix with the apples and Amaretto. Let it rest. Combine all ingredients to form a light batter. Stir in the banana and apple mixture. Grease a springform pan and sprinkle with breadcrumbs. Pour in the batter and bake at 175°C for about 60 minutes.
