Radish salad in yogurt

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g radish(s)
  • 2 bunches of dill
  • 175 g yogurt (full-fat yogurt)
  • 2 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt
  • Pepper, white
  • 1 pinch(s) of sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Peel the radish and slice it thinly. Wash and finely chop the dill, reserving some for garnish. Mix the dill with the whole-milk yogurt and vinegar. Season with salt, pepper, and sugar. Mix the sauce and radish slices, sprinkle the reserved dill over the top, and serve immediately.
