Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1,500 g honeydew melon(s), cleaned and weighed
  • 500 g plum(s), peeled and weighed
  • 500 g banana(s), peeled and weighed
  • 1,250 g gelling sugar 2:1
  • 2 packs of citric acid
  • 100 ml vodka (vodka melon)

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Honeydew melon, plum, banana

Peel or core the fruit and dice it. Place everything in a large bowl, add the gelling sugar and melon vodka, and stir. Let it all sit for about 30 minutes. Add the citric acid and pour everything into a large pot and bring to a boil for at least 5 minutes. Purée the fruit with a hand blender, bring back to a boil briefly, and pour into jars.
