3 Minutes of Bread
The perfect 3 minutes of bread recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Whole wheat or spelled flour
- 450 ml Lukewarm water
- 1 dice Yeast
- 2 tbsp Vinegar, fruit vinegar or bread drink
- 2 tsp Salt
- 50 g Linseed
- 50 g Sesame
- 50 g Sunflower seeds – unfortunately we didn’t have these ingredients at home – for this
- 150 g Tender oatmeal-also works-
- Mix the yeast with the water. Add all other ingredients and process well. Put in a greased loaf pan or lined with baking paper. And place in the cold oven. DO NOT LEAVE THE BREAD RISING !!!! Baking: 60 min at 200 ° degrees, 50 MIN. at 170 ° degrees hot air! Loosen the bread from the mold and add 10 MINUTES. TIP: Grains can be put away
