  • 3 tbsp balsamic vinegar
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tsp sugar
  • ½ tsp salt, just enough

Instructions

Balsamic vinaigrette for lamb’s lettuce

Mix vinegar, salt, sugar, and olive oil thoroughly. Pour over lamb’s lettuce, possibly mixed with feta cheese.
