  • 2 piece Egg yolk
  • 2 piece Salt
  • 1 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp Spelt flour, type 1050
  • 3,5 g Dry yeast
  • 1 tbsp Soy flour
  • 1 tbsp Almond flour

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
  • Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
  • Place 4 tablespoons of blobs on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  • Bake for 20 minutes.
