Ingredients
- 2 piece Egg yolk
- 2 piece Salt
- 1 tbsp Oatmeal
- 1 tbsp Chia seeds
- 1 tbsp Spelt flour, type 1050
- 3,5 g Dry yeast
- 1 tbsp Soy flour
- 1 tbsp Almond flour
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180 degrees
- Put all ingredients in a bowl and stir well.
- Place 4 tablespoons of blobs on the baking sheet lined with baking paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes.
