The perfect 6 low carb small buns recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 20 g Soy flour
  • 30 g Linseed
  • 30 g Salt
  • Cinnamon
  • 3 piece Egg white
  • 10 g Baking powder
  1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees.
  2. Beat the egg whites until stiff.
  3. Mix the flax seeds, chia seeds, salt, baking powder, cinnamon and soy flour.
  4. Add the mixture to the ice snow and stir slowly.
  5. Using a tablespoon, portion 6 equal sized blobs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
  6. Bake for 15 minutes. Turn off the oven and leave the rolls in for about 1-2 minutes.
