Ingredients for 5 servings:

  • 60 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 65 g butter
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 85 g flour
  • 1 tsp, leveled baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 tbsp milk
  • 1 tsp baking cocoa
  • 1 tsp jam, red, without seeds and pieces

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Mix the first three ingredients in a bowl. Now add the egg and continue mixing for about one minute. Mix together the flour, baking powder, and salt. Add the flour mixture and milk to the bowl and mix everything into a smooth batter. Fill five paper muffin cups with 2/3 of the batter, filling them a little more than halfway. Mix the remaining batter with the cocoa and jam and spread it on top of the light-colored batter. Dip a fork into the batter and twist it once. Bake the muffins in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius (convection oven) for 20-25 minutes.
