5-minute snack with bacon, cheese and BBQ sauce

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 pack of pre-baked rolls
  • 150g bacon
  • 100 g Gouda, grated
  • 100 ml BBQ sauce
  • fried onions
  • Gyro spice

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 2 minutes; Total time approx. 7 minutes

Sandwich in the sandwich toaster

Unroll the sandwich rolls on a board. Top with finely chopped bacon, cheese, and BBQ sauce. Sprinkle with fried onions, if desired, and season with your favorite seasoning. Fold the sandwich dough in and press firmly at the edges to prevent the sauce from leaking out. Preheat the sandwich toaster. Place a sandwich roll on each side. Close the lid, but don’t snap it shut completely, as the roll will still rise. The rolls are ready after about 2-3 minutes.
