Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 2 slices of Leberkäse
- White bread, from the day before
- Garlic
- 2 tbsp cheese, grated
- rosemary
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
Season the white bread with garlic. Cut the bread and Leberkäse into roughly equal-sized cubes, thread them onto skewers, and sprinkle with grated cheese and rosemary. Bake at 220°C on the second rack for about 5 minutes. Serve with a green salad or tomatoes.
