Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 5 eggs
- 750 g potatoes, cooked
- 2 bunch spring onions
- 250 g quark
- 150 g yogurt
- 100 g cheese (Emmental), grated
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 40 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes
Slice the potatoes and arrange them in a casserole dish in a flaky pattern. Wash, trim, and slice the spring onions. Combine the eggs with the quark and yogurt and season with salt and pepper. Stir in the onions and pour the mixture over the potatoes. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 40 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese about 15 minutes before the end of the baking time and finish baking.
