Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g low-fat curd cheese
  • 150 g natural yogurt 3.5%
  • 25 g herbal mixture (8-herb mixture) frozen
  • 1 garlic clove(s)
  • Sea salt from the mill
  • Black pepper, freshly ground
  • 1 dashes Maggi
  • ½ tsp spice mix (tzatziki spice)

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

simple and versatile

Combine the quark and yogurt in a bowl, grate in the garlic, and add the thawed herbs. Add the tzatziki seasoning and mix well. Season with salt and pepper to taste. Let it sit for about 30 minutes. This dip goes well with many things, such as fried vegetables, gyros/doner kebabs, or snacks (chips/crackers, etc.). 75 kcal per serving.
