Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s)
- 4 tsp honey
- 500 g tomatoes, pureed
- 1 tbsp curry powder
- 1 pinch of sambal oelek
- salt and pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Peel and finely dice the onion. Melt the honey in a pan, add the diced onion, and stir briefly until caramelized. Deglaze with the tomatoes and simmer for 10 minutes. Season with curry, sambal oelek, salt, and pepper. The dip can be served hot or cold.
