Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 small onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s), crushed in a mortar
- 1 sour apple (Boskop)
- 1 tsp tomato paste, 3 times concentrated
- 1 tbsp desiccated coconut
- 2 tsp curry
- 35 g flour
- 35 g butter
- n. B. Salt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Peel the garlic and crush it with the salt in a mortar and pestle. Peel and finely chop the onion. Sauté the onion and garlic in the butter until translucent. Peel and core the apple, finely chop the apple, and add it to the garlic and onion mixture along with the tomato paste. Sift the flour over the apple and let it sweat through. Gradually add the meat broth and simmer for 25 minutes. Stir in the desiccated coconut and season with curry powder and salt.
