Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 120 g butter
  • 50 g brown sugar
  • 1 egg(s), weight KL M
  • 1 shot of cognac
  • 140 g flour, type 405
  • 2 tsp cocoa powder, unsat.
  • ½ tsp cinnamon powder
  • ¼ tsp clove powder
  • 50 g chocolate coating, whole milk
  • 50 g white chocolate coating
  • 50 g dark chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Cookies with triple chocolate, makes about 40 pieces

Finely chop the couverture (or chocolate). Sift the flour with the cocoa and spices and mix with the chocolate. Cream the softened butter with the sugar until fluffy. Add the egg and continue beating. Then add the cognac. Using a wooden spoon, stir the flour mixture into the butter mixture. Using two teaspoons, place small walnut-sized heaps on baking paper. Bake at 160°C (fan oven) for about 15-20 minutes.
