Coconut cookies

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 200 g margarine
  • 200 g sugar
  • 200 g flour
  • 200 g desiccated coconut
  • 1 egg(s)
  • ½ pack of baking powder
  • Grease for the tray

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix all ingredients with a mixer. Scoop out small mounds of dough with a teaspoon and place them on a greased baking sheet. Press the mounds flat. Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C (top/bottom heat) for 10 minutes. Make sure the mounds are really small, as the mixture will spread in the heat and the cookies will otherwise be too big!
