Ingredients for 3 servings:
- 350 g pasta (tagliatelle)
- 200 g peas (frozen)
- 100 g ham, cooked
- 250 g cream
- 100 g Parmesan
- 40 g butter
- 1 onion(s)
- salt and pepper
- possibly oregano
- possibly basil
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Finely dice the onion and sauté in the butter until translucent. Pour in the cream and let it reduce slightly. Meanwhile, finely dice the ham and add it to the cream along with the peas. Season and let it simmer over low heat. Cook the pasta, while grating the Parmesan cheese. Then stir the drained pasta and Parmesan into the sauce and mix well. If desired, add a little oregano and basil to taste.
