Ingredients for 3 servings:

  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 tbsp flour
  • 600 ml vegetable stock
  • 3 tbsp soy sauce
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Heat the olive oil, stir in the flour, and cook for about 3 minutes, stirring, until dark brown. Carefully stir in the vegetable stock and simmer for 10 minutes. Season the sauce with soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Delicious with potatoes and red cabbage.
