Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • ½ tbsp butter or margarine
  • 1 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 2 m.-sized apples
  • 1 tsp tomato paste
  • 250 ml meat broth
  • 125 ml sour cream
  • 1 tsp curry powder
  • n. B. Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Sauté the chopped onions in fat. Peel the apples, cut them into small pieces, and add them to the onions. Sauté briefly. Then stir in the curry and tomato paste. Top up with broth and simmer for 10 minutes. Then add the cream and thicken slightly if necessary. Season with salt. I recommend rice and warm fruit (peaches and pineapple) as a side dish.
