Ingredients for 20 servings:
- 80 g butter or margarine
- 225 g oat flakes, wholegrain
- 125 g sugar
- 2 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- flavoring as desired
- 65 g flour
- ½ pack of baking powder
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Lightly toast the oats with about 30g of the fat and 30g of the sugar. Beat the remaining fat with the sugar, spices, and eggs until fluffy. Stir in the baking powder, flour, and toasted (cooled) oats. Place small heaps on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, leaving more space between each to allow the batter to spread out. Bake at medium heat for about 15 minutes.
