Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 180 g butter, melted
- 100 g sugar
- 1 packet of vanilla sugar
- 2 eggs
- 200 g oat flakes
- 2 tbsp flour
- 1 pinch of salt
- 100 g chocolate
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes
Oatcakes
First, beat melted butter with sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs. Then, combine the oats, flour, and salt. Combine the two ingredients, form the dough into balls, and place them on a baking sheet. Flatten the balls slightly with your fingers (leaving plenty of space between them, as they will spread). Bake for 10-15 minutes in a preheated oven at 180°C. Remove from the oven and, if desired, decorate with chocolate after cooling.
