Cranberry chocolate cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 300 g flour
  • 100 g oat flakes
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 200 g butter
  • 100 g sugar, white
  • 100 g sugar, brown
  • 2 tsp vanilla sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 200 g cranberries
  • 250 g chocolate, brown, white crisp and dark

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Combine flour, oats, baking powder, and salt. Combine butter, sugar, vanilla sugar, and eggs and add the mixture to the dry ingredients. Knead in cranberries and finely chopped chocolate. Shape into cookies and bake at 170°C for 10-15 minutes. The cookies should be lightly browned and still fluffy, as they will firm up as they cool.
