Vegan chocolate raisin oatmeal cookies

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 g flour
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 50 g oat flakes, fine
  • 60 g cocoa powder
  • 90 g beet syrup
  • 60 g oil
  • 3 tbsp soy flour mixed with 3 tbsp water
  • 50 g soy milk (soy drink)
  • 65 g raisins

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 35 minutes

Mix soy flour with 3 tablespoons of water, beet syrup, and oil. Add cocoa powder. Then stir in the milk. Mix the flour with the baking powder and stir into the batter. Add the oats and raisins. Drop tablespoonfuls of batter onto a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake the cookies at 180 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes.
