Mash the banana with a fork or hand blender. Add the oats. Cut the dates into small pieces and add them to the bowl along with the blanched almonds. Mix all ingredients into a dough, form about eight cookies, and place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Bake at 180°C (350°F) for about 15 minutes. 77 kcal per serving.
