Green Bean Vegetables with Thermomix

The perfect green bean vegetables with thermomix recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 90 g Onion, peeled in pieces
  • 10 g Olive oil
  • 1 Pc. Clove of garlic
  • 20 g Tomato paste
  • 125 g Tomatoes
  • 300 g Green beans
  • 0,5 tsp Maple syrup
  • 0,5 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Pepper
  • 1 tsp Savory
  1. Chop the onion, olive oil, garlic and tomato paste for 4 seconds at level 5, then sauté for 3 minutes at 100 degrees level Add tomatoes and chop for 4 seconds on speed 4.
  2. If necessary, remove the threads from the beans and cut into pieces approx. 3 cm long. Add to mixing bowl with maple syrup, salt, pepper and savory. Cook everything at 100 degrees for about 25 minutes on left setting and stirring level 1. Then let it cool down and serve cold.
  3. If you want, you can stir in 1 tbsp capers. I also mixed in 1 tbsp Mexican spread, it was delicious too.
  4. The dish tastes delicious and can be made quickly and is ideal for using green beans from the garden.
