Quark cake with semolina and without base

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 375 g sugar
  • 250 g margarine
  • 6 tbsp semolina
  • 1 packet of baking powder
  • 1 kg quark (low-fat quark)
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 1 packet of pudding powder (vanilla)
  • Salt

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Split the eggs and beat the egg whites until stiff (adding a little salt). Mix all ingredients. Finally, fold in the egg whites with a spoon. Bake in a 26 cm springform pan at 160°C for about 45 minutes.
