Whole wheat bread from the bread maker

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 330 g water
  • 25 g butter, soft
  • 12 g salt
  • 12 g sugar
  • 250 g wheat flour, type 1050
  • 250 g wheat flour (wholemeal)
  • 4 g dry yeast
  • 10 g bread spice mix

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes

Simple, without milk, for a loaf of approx. 750 g

Measure the water and pour it into the bread maker’s baking pan. Weigh the other ingredients and add them in the order listed. Select the bread maker’s whole wheat program and start it. I chose the “Quick & Whole Wheat” program, which takes about two and a half hours.
