Make a yeast dough from milk, yeast, and flour. Cover and let it rise in a warm place for 15 minutes. Add the butter, eggs, and sugar to the dough and mix well. Wash the raisins, dust them with a little flour, and fold them into the batter. Half-fill greased muffin cups with batter and let them rise in a warm place for another 20 minutes. Then bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for about 25 minutes. Turn out onto a wire rack to cool. Brush with butter and serve! Tip: This recipe can easily be halved!
