Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 150 g oat flakes
  • 80 g dates
  • 240 ml plant milk (plant drink)
  • 3 large bananas, ripe
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla powder

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 10 minutes

High-carb, low-fat, vegan

Blend the oats into flour in a blender. Stir in the baking powder. Blend the dates, bananas, plant-based milk, cinnamon, and vanilla powder. Whisk together the dry and wet ingredients. Bake the batter in a loaf pan lined with baking paper at 180°C for 60 minutes.
