Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 200 g spelt flour type 630
- 100 g wholemeal spelt flour
- 3 tbsp coconut blossom sugar
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch(s) cinnamon powder
- ½ can coconut milk, full fat
- 100 ml plant milk (plant drink) of your choice
- 3 drops of vanilla oil, if necessary
- 1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 apples
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Mix the dry ingredients together in a bowl. Add the remaining ingredients and mix everything into a dough. Peel and dice the apples, add them to the dough, and fold them in. Preheat the oven to 200°C (fan/convection oven). Use two spoons to scoop out the rolls from the dough and place them side by side on a prepared baking sheet. Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 20 minutes.
