Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 3 bananas
- 4 tbsp agave syrup
- 200 g flour
- 100 g oat flakes, fine
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 3 tbsp oil, neutral in taste, e.g. B. Safflower oil
- 50 ml plant milk (plant drink), e.g. oat milk
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 vanilla pod(s), optional

First, preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius (top/bottom heat). Mash two and a half of the three bananas with a fork and place them in a bowl. Add all the other ingredients (except the remaining half banana) to the bowl and stir until smooth. Pour the resulting batter into a loaf pan. Slice the remaining half banana and arrange them decoratively on top of the batter in the pan. Cover the whole thing with a baking sheet and bake at 180 degrees Celsius (350 degrees Fahrenheit) for 45 minutes. You’ve got the most delicious banana bread ever.
