Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 600 g oat flakes
- 3 banana(s), ripe
- 120 g dates
- 400 ml plant milk (plant drink)
- 1 packet of baking powder
- 2 tbsp cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla powder
- 150 g nuts, e.g. Brazil nuts, pecans, walnuts

High-carb, low-fat, vegan
Blend the oats into flour in a blender and stir in the baking powder, cocoa powder, and vanilla powder. Blend the dates and bananas in a blender and add the plant-based milk until smooth. Blend everything together and knead into a dough. Stir in the nuts. Bake the bread in a loaf pan lined with baking paper for 50-60 minutes at 200°C. Be sure to let the bread cool completely before slicing. Tip: For decoration, cut a banana in half and press the strips lengthwise onto the cake, then bake them with the cake.
